Our Workshop

We have a team of 6 Harley-Davidson trained technicians in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and a Service Manager available to take care of your motorcycle. The team has a long experience with the brand and the different models.

Our team maintains our fleet of Rental Motorcycles and Demonstrators as well as prepares all the new Motorcycles .

Seasonal Checks

In the United Arab Emirates, we have specific harsh weather conditions which might have an influence on your motorcycle. We recommend that you book a “Health Check” before or after the Riding Season to ensure that everything is running as you wish.

Should you wish to book such a health Check, please contact our workshop team.

Customising

Our Workshop team works together with our Parts & Accessories Department. We will work together to get the Parts and Accessories you wish to have on your bike and we will ensure the fitting is done according to your requirements. We are happy to assist you in customising your bike. New or pre-loved, a motorcycle can get the make over you want.

Performance

You would like to improve the performance of your motorcycle? Please come to our Workshop and discuss with our Service Team. We will advise you on what is available and how we can prepare it for you. The main types of performance update we do are: engine tuning, exhausts upgrade, xxx.

Warranty

We take care of Warranty for Harley-Davidson and Buell. On the motorcycles 2009, the warranty period is 24 month from the Sales Date (registration date on the Sales and Warranty Registration form). For Parts and Accessories, we have 12 month warranty period. In some specific cases, we will handle the Goodwill with Harley-Davidson for you.

Product Update and Safety Recalls

Time to time, we are informed of Product Update and Safety Recalls. Should your motorcycle be a concerned, we will contact you as soon as possible to organise the repair. It is important for us to have your updated information in this case. Please keep us informed of phone number or address to contact you.

We are open every day except Friday.
